Unravel about 1 ½ rolls of toilet paper.
Tear the toilet paper into 2”-3” square pieces.
Put all of the pieces in a plastic tub.
Grate half of small bar of Ivory soap into the tub.
Slowly add about 6 cups of warm water (1 cup at a time) while mixing by hand until creamy. This should take about 15 minutes.
Your toddler can play with this “mud” just like outdoor mud.
Store the mud at room temperature in a covered container. Clean mud lasts for several weeks.
