What child does not love band aids?? Point to your knee as you utter the word “knee”. Ask your child to show you his knee. Give your child a band aid to put on his knee and ask him to point to his knee. Encourage him to tell you where his band aid is to persuade him to use his new word. This exercise builds vocabulary as well as teaches body parts.
