2 or 3 Bananas, Popsicle Sticks, 6-8 ounces of Yogurt (any flavor), Dull Knife (with Parent Supervison)

Cut bananas in half. Insert Popsicle stick in the flat end of the banana. Dip bananas in the yogurt and place on the wax paper covered plate. Place plate in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This is a delicious, healthy treat that your child can easily make. Any cooking project can have a literacy aspect by simply helping your child write down and follow the recipe.
