Help children learn about expressing their feelings through this activity. You can have circle time discussion about feelings and model expressing different feeling of sad, happy, mad, scared, etc. You can also do the fun song of “If you’re happy and you know it clap your hands…….”. Give them words to express their feelings. And reinforce it by a visual board. On a poster board draw a table and at the top of the table draw sad face, a happy face, an angry face, and a scared face. Allow the children to come up to the poster board and put a sticker in the column of the feelings under how they feel. Leave the poster board up and allow the children to express their feelings throughout the day.
