Help your child how to be organized by having him lay out the clothes he wants to wear for the following day. At night before she goes to bed, she can pick out what she wants to wear to school and get them ready by laying them out by her bed. When she gets up in the morning, one task is completed and she can go on to the next.
Once she gets that task down, add a new a task (like making her lunch, or getting her backpack ready). This will help your mornings run smoother and it teaches him responsibility as well as organizational skills.
