Sufficient sleep prepares your preschooler for school
These mini pizzas have always been a favorite with our little ones. Open the can of tomato sauce and pour it in a small bowl and add a pinch of salt, some Italian seasoning and a dash of garlic powder. Cut the English muffin in half and place on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Spread a table spoon of sauce over each half. Place a pepperoni or topping of your choice over the sauce. Sprinkle cheese over the topping and put the pan in the oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy your own personal pizza. This is a very simple cooking activity your toddler will enjoy. You and your little one can write the recipe down to encourage math and literacy skills.
