Children love cooking activities and this is a cooking activity perfect for hot summer days. Let your little ones make these easy frozen treats that are healthy and fun. Mix the instant pudding with 1 cup of milk (you can use skim if you like) and ¼ cup heavy whipping cream. Beat until well mixed (the batter will be very thick). Put in a plastic zip lock bag. Push all the pudding to one corner of the bag and cut a ¼ inch hole in it. Squeeze the pudding in ice cube trays and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and pop out a small treat whenever your little ones need a cooling treat.
