Your little one will have hours of fun making this soft and cuddly no-sew pillow. Cut two identical shapes (square, circle, triangle, etc.) from fleece (you can mix two different colors). If you want an 18 by 14 inch pillow then you must cut the pieces at least 26 x 22 inches (this allows for a 4 inch fringe). Using a ruler and chalk draw fringes that are 1 inch wide and 4 inches long on one of the cut out pieces. Stack the pieces together and cut the fringes (along the marked lines). Start at one corner and tie the fringes together (make double knots). Leave one end of the pillow open so you can fill it with stuffing. Stuff it with fiberfill and finish tying the loose ends. You and your child can use your imagination and turn the shape into an animal; a kitty face, or a mouse, or a dog or tiger, by either gluing or stitching eyes, whiskers and nose to the face of the pillow.
